Welcome to Cresta Creative Arts, where all music and art lessons and classes are offered in a safe, relaxing online environment by me, Linda Bernardi.

For those of you who are drawn to music as your creative outlet, I offer piano lessons. I enjoy providing piano as a space to find peace, relaxation, and calming through playing beautiful, flowy music, as an outlet for students to explore feelings and moods and self expression, or just a new skill to play with and have some fun. As a SoulPages & Color Archetypes Mentor, I’m excited to begin sharing this powerful, healing visual journaling method developed by Rakefet Hadar with you! However, I’ll bring my own unique approach to the method, combining my love of nature and the outdoors (I’m a Forest Therapy Guide and nature blogger).

For fun, I enjoy hiking and being outdoors, playing moody, beautiful, melancholy musical pieces on the piano, and experimenting with visual journaling methods and photography… combining multimedia art techniques and writing, to help spark creativity, improve focus and presence in my daily life, process emotions, and heal lingering past wounds. I love playing with paint, pens, inks, sprays, crayons, paste, color, texture, stencils, and images I find in magazines and catalogues, never quite sure where I’m going, but just enjoying the process.
